Pattern Box

^{Laser cut wooden box with accordian book openings. The same five arabic characters are used to create three different typographic patterns. Each pattern is on two sides of the box, one side has an accordian book that breaks down the layers of the pattern. This final part of the process reflects on ideas from the previous parts of the project while incorporating a three dimensional form as a reference to architecture. The viewer can look inside the box through the openings to reveal a room with patterns all over its walls.}
